GIRLAAA began as an event series. Following three sold-out executions of the "GIRLAAA": A Party Powered by Women", curation of a Rico Nasty Activation, a Trillectro Festival performance, and an educational workshop at the Hirshhorn Museum on graphic art; GIRLAAA has pivoted from a single series to becoming the sought after women-centric creative consulting agency in Washington, DC.
In 2019, the team of women have designed and deployed a diverse line up of social experiences that intersect music and art. Below outlines GIRLAAA’s vision, mission, and upcoming programming.
VISION
offer a network of resources and opportunities promoting artistic sustainability and increased representation of women in creative spaces.
MISSION
will be accomplished through innovative art & music exhibitions, roundtables/panel discussions, specialized classes, diversity/ inclusion initiatives, and promoting safe social spaces.
CORE
GIRLAAA’s core services include: strategy (consulting, planning, and research); design (visual & music curation, graphics/ animations, photography); and advertising (strategic promotional campaigns).
